        According to airtel chairman Sunil Mittal, one of the most shocking news today's, is that airtel recharge plans will become more expensive.

Airtel's current minimum recharge plans start from Rs 45 and Airtel users can avail 1 month incoming calls on Rs 45 recharge.  And for 10 rupees you can use 1 gb internet and for 160 rupees you can use 16 gb.  According to Sunil Mittal, if such plans remain, Telecom Operators will not develop and progress very well. 

Mittal also said that ,"the ideal average revenue per user (ARPU) should be at Rs. 300 per month for the business to be sustainable, and the Bharti Airtel chairman wants the ARPU to cross at least Rs. 200 in six months." "We need a Rs. 300 ARPU in which you will still have lower end at Rs. 100 a month with decent amount of data. But if your consumption is largely around watching TV, movies, entertainment and depriving other vital special services networks, then you need to pay for that," Mittal said. He made these statements at a book launch event of Bharti Enterprises executive Akhil Gupta.

Therefore, according to Sunil Mittal, if a user pays Rs 100 for 1 GB of data, that is, if 1.6 GB of data is given for Rs 160, then the Telecom Operators will benefit in its developement and progress.
        
        










But if such expensive recharge plans are to be introduced, then all telecom operators need to be involved.  Because if only Airtel kept these plans, people would switch to other operators.  So right now no one can say what will happens. We will know its truth only when new plans will introduce....
