So guys, V! is nothing but the merging of vodafone and Idea . Like a Jio and Airtel it is also a common brand in India.

Before 2018 Idea And Vodafone are completely separate brands. At 2018 they mearged their networks and made the new network called Vodafone-Idea Ltd. . But still they remained their some services seperated at that time. Services are likely Promotions,Towers, Plans , Apps recharges & much more.But now from september 2020 they decided to make Vodafone and Idea completely a single brand. thats why they introduced a new network called V!.
Today you may see Vodafone-Idea Ltd. In your network . But after a few days later you will see V! in your network. similarly Your vodafone and Idea apps and websites also will merge and made a new V! apps and website. But important point is why they takes 2 years to merge.
So, before introducing Jio there are near about 48 Cr. users was in Vodafone and Idea but after launching of jio it decreases to 28Cr. due to free data and calling of Jio, aquired a major part of telecom network. Another thing is Government tells to telecom companies for paying 50000Cr. AGR in upcoming 10 years. and Vodafone Idea already have a debt of 1.2 lakh Cr. and they doesn't have a support of multinational companies like Amazon , Google, Facebook , Microsoft which like jio have. but when Vodafone Idea decided to launch V! then this multinational compamies were ready to support V!.
If you look at it, now there are only three companies left, vi jio airtel. And the government companies like BSNL, MTNL are limited to government offices only. Users like us need good internet speed so we will only use SIMs of private companies like vi , jio , airtel. Even though you are getting less network with Vodafone Idea today,V! will improve it and provide better facilities in their new network.
Now it's time of 5G and Jio has already made all their hardware and software 5G compaitable. So if V! wants to launch 5G, they have to build all new one's.So the thing to watch out for is whether V! will occupy more market again. And now Airtel has decided to bring new 1GB plan in 100 rs, which means that data rates will also increase in the future. Yet all three companies will decides what will be the data rates in future. So let's see what happens next.
