Google pay is going to launch NFC feature in India.....

Google's payment service Google Pay now only has the option of UPI based payment option. But now users will also be able to take advantage of the new NFC based payment feature.

Google is finally expanding its payment platform to Google Pay in the country. In addition to the UPI-based payment option, search giants can also provides payment options through card and NFC system to users. At present, the company has not given official information about this. But some support pages have been made live, which shows how to use the new payment option.

In a report of Android Police, information about this feature was given first. This feature is currently limited to Axis Bank Credit / Debit and SBI Credit / Debit Cards. However, this feature is expected to extend to more banks in the coming time. The report mentions that the user will have to complete the verification process before setting up their card for payment. In this process, the OTP number received from the bank will have to be filled. Once the card is registered, the payment service can be started using the NFC enabled terminal through the Google Pay app.

However, this feature has not yet been rolled out for all users. But according to a Reddit post, users have started seeing this option since last month. It is being said that it is rolling out through the server, so gradually it will reach all the users. This feature has already reached some users and is in the process of reaching out to others, so it is expected that Google will soon give official information about it.Some of the tweets are aslo availabe about GPay's feature.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai is definitely focusing on Google Pay. During the Google for India 2020 event, he confirmed that he was preparing to create a global product based exclusively on the G Pay app made for India.
